Want to Make Fitness a Way of Life?

The staff of the Wellness Center are here to help you get the most out of any exercise program. Our team of certified athletic trainers, certified aerobics instructors, and exercise specialists are here to help members get on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.

Being fit means benefitting from a higher metabolism, getting a higher quality of rest, reduced stress levels, and much more. Our skilled team of specialists will educate you about fitness requirements and work with you to achieve your goals.

We offer a variety of programs, including our Walk Through Program for those who have had a stroke or suffer from severe weakness or disability that would hinder working out safely in the gym alone. Twice a week, a staff member will assist you during the entire one-hour session.

Individuals wishing to take advantage of the Wellness Center’s programs need only complete an application and schedule an introductory session with a specialist for orientation. Thereafter, you are able to take advantage of the Wellness Center’s programs at your leisure, as we are open seven days a week.

Membership at the Wellness Center includes:

  • Unlimited use of fitness equipment
  • Full use of the showers and locker room
  • Tailored first workout session and re-evaluations with an exercise specialist
  • Access to all aerobic and fitness classes
  • No enrollment fees
  • No contracts

Monday – Thursday:  5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday:  5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday:  7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
