Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at one of our health care facilities. Volunteers serve an important role in our organization — our volunteers are often the first people patients and families encounter. There are a variety of areas where volunteers can serve, and we are always seeking new areas of assistance. If you have a desire to help, we have a place for you.

Anyone 18 years of age or older, male or female, seasonal or full-time resident, can join our team of volunteers. Volunteers are essential and we are very grateful to anyone willing to lend a hand. In addition, our Teen Volunteer Program allows high school students, 14 years of age and older, the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and fulfill educational community service requirements.

Prospective volunteers are interviewed for placement, attend an orientation session, and receive training session. The minimum commitment required is four hours per week on an ongoing basis.

Benefits Include:

  • Your Choice of Days And Hours You’d Like to Volunteer
  • Free Flu Shots
  • Tuberculosis Tests
  • A Discount on Rehab and Wellness Center Membership
  • Annual Holiday Celebration
  • Volunteer Appreciation Week
